Title: The 7 C's of Communication Effective communication is essential in every area of life and especially within the workplace. Communicating in the right way can help effect change, boost morale and even impact on productivity. Poor communication can lead to misunderstandings, low morale and ultimately can negatively effect the bottom line.  In this session Fiona described and discussed the 5 'Cs' of communication:  Connection Conscious Collaboration  Conversations  Compassion
