Our meeting topics are intended to cover a wide range of subjects relating to managing HR within an SME organisation. Some will be based on compliance and HR regulation / employment law. Other will cover areas such as wellbeing, communication, appraisals or other subjects that may be relevant to an SME organisation. Some subjects provide insight into wider business areas and how HR relates to them and can add value.
