Can you Change Terms? A contract of employment is a legally binding agreement. Once it is made, both parties are bound by the terms and neither party can alter those terms or implied terms without the agreement of the other.
Where a practice e.g. homeworking has become custom and practice it could be argued that it has become an implied term and therefore a contractual entitlement.
