8. Long COVID
For some who have had COVID-19, symptoms can last longer and have a long-term effect, even if they only had mild symptoms at first. This is often referred to as ‘Long COVID’ and symptoms include: extreme tiredness (fatigue), shortness of breath, chest pain or tightness, joint pain, depression and anxiety.
