Managing Medical Capability Situations
There can be a number of different situations that arise that will include:
Where an employee is off on 'long-term' sickness
An employee has frequent short-term absence (for a genuine medical reasons) but this is impacting on their job role and the organisation
An employee is attending work, but their medical condition is impacting on their ability to carry out their job role.
