Daily Affirmation Reminder
Daily Affirmation & Reflection Practice
What This Practice Is
This is a simple, structured way to support your wellbeing each day.
It focuses on two key moments:
Morning → to set your intention
Evening → to reflect, release, and reset
These small, consistent moments help build a steadier mindset, support emotional wellbeing, and create a sense of calm and control across your day.
Morning Affirmations
Your morning affirmation helps guide how you want to feel and show up.
It is not about forcing positivity. It is about choosing a supportive direction for your day.
Begin your morning by pausing for a moment. Take a breath, and gently repeat your affirmation.
Keep it simple and realistic. Here are some examples:
I am calm, grounded today
Today is a good day
I take things one step at a time
I trust myself and my decisions
I choose to respond with patience and clarity
I am allowed to move at my own pace
You can say your affirmation in your mind, out loud, or write it down.
Let it settle, rather than rushing past it.
Evening Reflection & Reset
At the end of the day, take a few minutes to slow down and reflect. This helps your mind and body process the day and begin to switch off.
Step 1: Gratitude
Ask yourself: What are 3 things I am grateful for today? They do not need to be big.
It might be:
a conversation
a small achievement
a moment of calm
simply getting through the day
Step 2: Letting Go
Now gently say to yourself:
"I choose to let everything go from today"
Take a slow breath as you say it.
This is about allowing your system to rest, rather than holding onto the day.
Setting Up Daily Reminders
To make this practice easier to stick to, you can set daily reminders on your phone or device.
This helps it become part of your routine, rather than something you forget when life gets busy.

Set your morning time
Title it: Morning Affirmation
Add your affirmation into the notes

Why This Works
This practice supports both the start and end of your day.
In the morning, you set direction and intention.
In the evening, you create closure and release.
Over time, this helps reduce overwhelm, build awareness, and support more balanced emotional responses.
A Gentle Reminder
You do not need to do this perfectly.
Some days will feel easy. Some days you may only do part of it.
What matters is that you come back. Because it is the small, consistent moments
that begin to create real change.
Morning intention.
Evening release.
One day at a time
